The book of the identical identify on which the movie is based mostly is about the complete 2008 election, but the filmmakers — who also created the Left-leaning HBO video “Recount” — selected to concentrate on the Palin/McCain element of the ebook.

Involved in the trailer is Palin claiming that Russia can be witnessed from Alaska as Woody Harrelson, who performs McCain adviser Steven Schmidt, quips, “Oh my God, what have we carried out?”

At one stage, Moore as Palin tells the adviser, “I’m simple-handedly carrying this campaign. I’m likely to do what I want.” New York Islanders Jerseys Moore also remarks in whisper, “I have to win this factor. I so don’t want to go back again to Alaska.”
