WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Defiant anti-Wall Road protesters in Washington vowed to continue being peacefully entrenched in two parks close to the White Residence on Monday despite a police purchase to stop camping on federal land, elevating the specter of achievable confrontation.

The U.S. Country wide Park Provider, in its 1st challenge to the demonstrators, stated very last week it would start enforcing a ban at noon on Monday in opposition to camping in McPherson Sq. and Flexibility Plaza, exactly where protesters have camped out since October.
